 Shipping to Romania

Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details. Your order will then be processed by our team and you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email when your order is despatched for delivery.

For national and Bucharest deliveries enter your tracking code in the tracking code box in FanCourier website - https://www.fancourier.ro/en/

Livrarea se face prin curier rapid, tarifele fiind variabile in functie de localitate.

  • Livrarea standard este de 1-2 zile lucratoare.
  • Livarea internationala standard este de 3-10 zile in functie de tara in care se va face livrarea.
  • Livrarea in afara localitatilor poate aduce costuri suplimentare, in functie de km suplimentari. 

Pentru comenzi de minimum 1500 lei inclusiv TVA, livrarea este gratuita!

Please note that in addition to the items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay a clearance fee (available only for non-European Union countries). The clearance fee is different depending on each non-European Union country.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods ( for example: Black Friday, Christmas).

Romania Up to 10 working days.

Standard delivery orders to most areas of the Romania should arrive within 10 working day and products are delivered between 10am - 6pm (Romania time). Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank and Legal holidays.
International Up to 15 working days.  Delivery takes up to 15 working days and products are delivered between 10am - 6pm (Romania time). Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Legal holidays.

 

Livrarea produselor se face in limita stocurilor disponibile.

In cazul in care un produs nu mai exista pe stoc ne rezervam dreptul de a nu onora comanda.
