When placing the order, please let us know the delivery correct address with Postal Code and your correct Telephone Number. Once the package is dispatched, we won't be able to change them.
When you place the order, you have to choose the color and size you want (by clicking the right button) and then click Buy it Now button. If you choose a Made-to-Measure product, when you check-out you have to write in the box your measurements (Bust, Waist and Hips, your Height or the length of the skirt/dress that you want, or any other requests or specifications you have for your order).
Please write down also the delivery deadline wanted at your address.
How to take your Measurements:
- Bust: Measure with your bra on and place the tape measure around your bust line. Make sure that the tape is around the widest part of the back, and straight fullest part of your bust. Do not put the measuring tape under the bust line.
- Waist: Measure your natural waistline at its smallest point, usually above the belly button. Do not suck-in your stomach.
- Hips: Stand up straight again and with your feet together and flat on the floor. Measure your hips at the largest part usually at the level of the hip bone.
Each product on our website has also the "How to measure" guide. For all information regarding our products standard sizes, please refer to the size guide chart which can be found on the product's page.
If you checked our size chart and you realised that you are in between sizes, no worries, YOU MUST TAKE your measurements correctly and order a MADE TO MEASURE product. We offer the possibility to buy a Made-to-measure product without any fee.
The measurements must be taken correctly, so you must follow our instructions from "How to Measure" guide. If the customer will give wrong measurements, we assume the right not to be held responsible because the product does not fit and to make the adjustments only with an extra-charge service.
Production timings may vary depending on the fabric's availability and design of the dress. This timing will be set by mutual agreement between the sales advisor and the client.

We made every effort to display the products in their original colours. However, as each screen can have different settings, it is possible to see colours slightly different from the original. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen is the exact colour of the product.
REPAIR AND MODIFY:
This represents an extra charge service. The product that needs to be repaired or modified must be thoroughly evaluated. This may take some time. After evaluating the product we will get back to you with resolution fees and timing.
If you feel like your dream dress would need an extra alteration, we would happily help you out.
We accept extra alterations if you notify us within 14 calendaristic days from the moment you have received the final product through delivery or in our stores.
Alterations are charged according to the complexity of request.
